Hey! I'm Cloie and I am an
independent designer based in Hull, UK.
My aim is to provide you with fun, colourful, comfortable, ethical, practical and sustainable fashion, all in one! Why can't your clothes
have all this, look good AND actually fit you correctly? Every single body is different!
As a tall girl who struggled to find clothes that fit, I have been making my own clothes since I was 17. Now, 8 years later, I'm almost 25 and my little side hustle has become the clothing brand that I couldn't find!
All items on the website are hand made by me and available to buy now. Please be aware that I am working alone to make these items for you. So, this means garments will take approximately 14 working days. I aim to get accessory orders made within 1 week.
The waiting period allows me time to order the fabric, make your pattern to your measurements, and then cut out and make your garment, just for you. Please bare in mind that I am not a fast fashion brand and everything is made to your specific requirements! So, if you've got something special planned and want a Cloie Couture garment for your day, please contact me in advance and I would be SO happy to help!
Due to this process, unfortunately I am unable to issue refunds, as all of my time is spent making your garment to fit your body shape. However, to work around this, if you are unhappy with the fit, I offer a fully FREE alteration service on all of my garments! Simply give me a message and we will discuss your fit, and then you can send the garment back to me. I'll make all of the appropriate alterations, and send it right back to you! I want you to be 100% happy with your Cloie Couture garment!
Ethics and sustainability is so important to me, so I make sure that my garments are made to last! I take care in every part of my making process, from only ordering fabric when orders are placed, to avoid having unused fabrics. To cutting out garment pieces in a way that produces minimal waste. I use up all of my fabric scraps by making accessories such as scrunchies and headbands, and the pieces that are too thin to use are now being donated to local Hull Charity Life and Loom, so that they can weave all sorts of fun things out of the fibres!
I hope you love what I make, and hopefully I can make something for you too!
